Talking therapies have developed to help people work through a specific difficulty or problem and develop personal growth. Our therapist arranges to meet with the person on a regular basis, in a safe and confidential setting. They work together, helping the person gain insight and take greater control in their lives.

Therapists, such as Counsellors, Clinical Psychologists, Psychotherapists,Hypnotherapists and Life Coaches, are trained to work in a variety of ways and are accredited by their own regulating bodies. All approaches can be useful, depending on the person and their situation.
