BABY MASSAGE - NEW TERM STARTS 10TH MARCH 2010
Baby massage classes on Wednesday 11:30am-12:30pm! Baby Massage is a wonderful experience for both parent and baby. It can help to stimulate growth and development, reduce crying, regulate sleep, ease colic, wind, constipation and teething pains, and strengthen the parent-baby bond. Over 4 one-hour group classes, you will learn a massage sequence for the whole body and learn to follow your baby’s cues and adapt the massage as your baby grows. MEDITATION
The classes run every Monday from 7.30pm – 9.00pm.
Meditation lets us naturally experience a condition of deep peace. A person with problems always has a restless mind. Meditation provides us with a natural, medicine free, experience of calmness. Morning and evening meditation allows us to relax our restless mind at least twice a day. This natural tranquillity makes us gain distance from our problems, which shift to become duties. With a quiet mind, we have a higher capacity to cope with our emotions, being more and more able to face our duties.
